Our Commitment to Satisfaction
At Wear Your Roots, we’re committed to quality and customer satisfaction. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. We accept returns and exchanges on items that are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
Return & Exchange Period
You have 30 days from the delivery date to return or exchange items. After 30 days, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
How to Return or Exchange Your Item
For US Customers:
Returns and exchanges are available for items purchased on wearyourroots.com and delivered within the US, evaluated on a case-by-case basis. To start a return or exchange, please email info@wearyourroots.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
For International Customers:
International customers are responsible for return and exchange shipping costs. To initiate a return or exchange, please email info@wearyourroots.com with your order number and the issue description.

Conditions for Returned Items
Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and with original tags. Returns that don’t meet these criteria may be denied.
Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are final sale and not eligible for returns.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email of approval or denial. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. If denied, we will inform you via email with the reasons.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund, please first check with your bank or credit card company. For further assistance, contact us at info@wearyourroots.com.
Gifts
If your item was marked as a gift, you’ll receive a gift credit for the return value once we receive the item. A gift certificate will be sent by email or mail, as preferred.
Exchanges for Defective or Damaged Items
For defective or damaged items, contact us at info@wearyourroots.com to request an exchange. We’ll provide a prepaid return label. Defective items should be returned within 10 days of receiving the label; otherwise, we may charge for the replacement. Please return defective items to:

Shipping Costs for Returns
- We Cover Return Shipping: If your item is faulty, damaged, or differs from its description, we’ll cover return shipping. Contact us for a prepaid return label.
- You Cover Return Shipping: If you’re returning an item due to a change of mind, you’re responsible for the shipping cost.
For valuable items, we recommend using trackable shipping or purchasing insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returns.
